Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Romeo's Gin
- Fresh mint sprig
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 oz 1642 Elderflower Tonic
- 2 oz 1642 Cucumber Tonic
- Fresh mint sprig and lemon peel for garnish
Instructions
- Muddle 1.5 oz of Romeo's Gin with a fresh mint sprig and a pinch of sea salt using a muddler.
- Strain the gin into a whiskey glass filled with ice cubes.
- Add 2 oz of 1642 Elderflower Tonic and 2 oz of 1642 Cucumber Tonic.
- Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a lemon peel.
